Your role as an HRL- Sales Force Risk Management™ Partner is to assist small
to medium sized business owners in managing the “risk” in
their sales departments.
Talk to any business owner of a small to medium sized business and they will
tell you that one of the key reasons they lose sleep at night is due to
hiring and maintaining non producing sales representatives. Very few
companies are exempt from this problem.
The main reason companies hire poorly, specifically in the sale arena is
that the emotion level runs too high. Sales people and owners of companies
start “liking” each other too quickly. At the same time, companies tend to
hang on to their “non productive” sales people too long. This truly is the
kiss of death to any small to medium sized organization.
In your capacity as an HRL – Sales Force Risk Management™ partner you will

teams. The end result, higher sales volumes and fewer headaches for the
